PRICING/FEES/INSURANCE:

My session fees are: $175 per 50 minute session

I am in-network with the following insurance providers for Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents: Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (virtual network), Quest Behavioral Health.

If you are out-of-network and have an HSA or FSA card, you can use this as a form of payment for our sessions!

Yes, absolutely! If you have an HSA or FSA, I can accept both of these as forms of payment for our sessions

How do I find out if I have out-of-network benefits?

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider. Call the number on the back of your insurance card:

  1. Do I have out-of-network benefits with my insurance policy?

  2. Does it cover mental health therapy services?

  3. Do I have to meet a deductible first? If so, how much is my out-of-network deductible?

  4. How much would I get reimbursed for my therapy sessions (i.e. 80%)

  5. How long would it take me to get reimbursed?

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel our session.

My fee for a missed session, no-show, or late cancellation is the full fee if we cannot find another day/time to meet that same week.

How frequently would we have sessions?

We will meet for online sessions either weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs, preferences, and schedule availability. We will discuss this together to determine what works best for you!
